This is a practical, hands-on position within an active production environment, contributing directly to the manufacture of high-quality concrete products.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 16:00
- Flexible arrangements available, including 8-hour shift options
- Supporting the production of precast concrete walls and associated products
- Fitting reinforcing steel into moulds ahead of concrete pouring
- Adjusting rebar to meet required specifications
- Painting and finishing concrete products as directed
- Loading and unloading materials throughout the production process
- Providing support across other areas of the production floor as required
- Keeping the working environment clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Working collaboratively within a production team to hit output targets
- A background in manufacturing or a similar production environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality output
- A sound understanding of health and safety procedures
- Reliable transport and a consistent attendance record
- Comfortable working at pace in a demanding production setting
- Able to work in open or partially outdoor production areas
