Due to an internal promotion I am looking for a General Manager to take on the running a stunning destination premium gastro pub with rooms near Bury St Edmunds.
As General Manager you will have full autonomy on the running and business direction of the business and will work closely with the Executive Head Chef. You will report directly to the owners and directors, however you will be left to run the business as if it was your own.
As General Manager you will be responsible for the overall running of the business, training and coaching your management team, to ensure that your guests receive excellent service and attention to detail at all times.
The business is a destination restaurant with an amazing local following and repeat customers.
Due to the nature of the business it is essential that you are happy working anti-social hours to ensure the businesses run correctly
