Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead our team at a prestigious establishment near Stalham, Norfolk.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a track record of success in managing high-quality dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the restaurant's reputation for excellence, including achieving and maintaining multi-rosette status.
  • Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Building relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and the community to support the restaurant's success.
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high level of competence and professionalism.
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-end restaurant with multi-rosette accreditation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
