We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead our team at a prestigious establishment near Stalham, Norfolk.

Responsibilities:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintaining and enhancing the restaurant's reputation for excellence, including achieving and maintaining multi-rosette status.
- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Building relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and the community to support the restaurant's success.
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high level of competence and professionalism.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-end restaurant with multi-rosette accreditation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Proven track record of delivering financial results and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

- Competitive salary of £46,000 OTE.
