I am looking for an experienced high volume standards led Restaurant General Manager to join this stunning destination gastro pub, restaurant & boutique hotel in Cornwall
A stunning 15 bedroom hotel, and restaurant with adjoining bar, my client is looking for the right person to really run with the opportunity. You will have the opportunity to run the business as if your own working closely with the head chef and owner to grow this business even further.
You will have experience in managing a large team ensuring all training, coaching & mentoring is carried out.
The business is truly independent, & are cash rich, and will support you fully in ensuring that you can grow and develop the business to reach its full potential
The role offers a great salary of up to £40,000, profit related bonus, amazing tips, plus a range of additional benefits including live in in a self contained private flat
Due to the nature of the role you will work a varied shift pattern including weekends & Bank Holidays, and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different roles.
You will report to the owners & directors, overseeing the running of the business. You will be tasked with the training and coaching of up to 18 junior members of the FOH team as well as a large BOH team, leading by example, demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
