Role Overview: As the Front of House Manager, your expertise will shine in supporting the overall daily operations and management of the F&B outlets and teams. Central to your role is maintaining impeccable customer service, overseeing event F&B requirements, and ensuring that the venue continues to uphold its exceptional food and service standards.
- Drive the effective running of the Restaurants & Bars, ensuring guests are treated to consistent food standards and impeccable service.
- Manage staffing schedules, ensuring shifts are adequately covered while managing costs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the General Manager, ensuring harmonious operations across departments.
- Address daily challenges, build strong relationships with guests for customised experiences, and actively contribute to refining the F&B strategies.
