I am recruiting for a Food Hall Manager, for a stunning private retail business near Horsham, West Sussex.
This private family run business stock the best local produce from the are as well as bespoke regional produce, as the food retail manager you would be responsible for ensuring that all produce is displayed in a way that makes it attractive to the customer.
You will come from a similar retail background and be competent in managing and leading a strong team in ensuring excellent stock availability, attention to detail and managing the customer experience. The customer experience should always be your teams priority, however you will also be tasked with driving sales & profitability & managing food hygiene and due diligence.
You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and attention to detail at all times, motivating & training your team, handling customer enquiries in person, via email and over the phone and problem solving in a reactive manner.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have excellent IT skills and a good understanding of EPOS systems, however for the right candidate training can be provided.
The role offers a great salary of up to £29,000, every other weekend off, and a host of industry leading perks and benefits.
