Our Bristol based client is looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to support their wide ranging portfolio of property for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
You’ll be facilitating the day to day of multiple different clinical buildings, using your people skills and knowledge of building services you’ll direct both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure all buildings are fully operational. You’ll be using your qualification in facilities management and IOSH managing safely to ensure the day to day activities of maintenance support are targeted to the right places. You’ll be making judgements on when to bring in external contractors, always looking to ensure the buildings are kept in the best condition by coordinating your technician and cleaning teams.
