The Role
We're looking for someone to lead our client's culinary operations across corporate events, grand weddings, and outdoor feasts.
You'll have creative freedom to deliver unforgettable dining experiences using outstanding local ingredients, while playing a key role in their wider business operations.
You'll Have
- Proven track record as Executive or Head Chef in large-scale fine dining
- Experience managing multiple sites and high-performing teams
- Passion for seasonal, quality produce and creative menu development
- Strong commercial acumen – cost control, P&L management, and efficiency
- Confidence with IT systems and kitchen technology
- The ability to scale from intimate dinners to major events
- £70,000 per annum
- Live-in accommodation (short distance from venue – own transport essential)
