Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming sales calls and enquiries for bookings, advising clients on appropriate spaces, availability and catering.
- Liaise with your manager to create ideas, market and organise bookings for conferences.
- Use effective methods of diary management.
- Deal with enquiries from clients, send out information and show customers round the College. This includes face to face selling, negotiating and answering key questions.
- Ensure all event details are recorded in the internal booking system.
Hours are 35 per week with some evenings and weekends.
