You'll ensure contracts are managed to the highest standards, liaise seamlessly with leaseholders, freeholders, and Directors, carry out AGM’s, manage budgets, carry out site visits to carry out Health & Safety inspections and maintain reporting records. You will also ensure relevant safety certificates are renewed, deal with legal sales packs & supervise contractors to maintain the unparalleled service level my client is renowned for.
