You'll ensure contracts are managed to the highest standards, liaise seamlessly with leaseholders, freeholders, and Directors, carry out AGM’s, manage budgets, carry out site visits to carry out Health & Safety inspections and maintain reporting records. You will also ensure relevant safety certificates are renewed, deal with legal sales packs & supervise contractors to maintain the unparalleled service level my client is renowned for. Ideally you will have an industry recognised qualification (however support will be provided for ongoing qualification), and the organisational prowess to keep everything running smoothly, you're the perfect fit!
