Executive Assistant/Office Manager 12 months Maternity Cover – 26 hours+

Role Overview:
We are delighted to offer a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join a thriving eCommerce company as an Executive Assistant/HR Manager/Office Manager on a part-time basis for one year’s maternity cover. Based in our modern office in Hemel Hempstead, this role involves a blend of HR management, executive support, and office management responsibilities. Key duties include:
Providing proactive support in project management and improvement initiatives.
Managing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee benefits, and handling HR issues.
Offering comprehensive support to directors, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Ensuring efficient and systematic operations, maintaining high standards in all communication and administrative tasks.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Adept at using Google Suite and learning new systems.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Flexibility in working 26 hours per week in our office (not a hybrid role).
