Key Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee inventory in their distribution facility
  • Process incoming deliveries 
  • Administrative Support
  • Update internal systems with accurate information
  • Place orders with suppliers for stock replenishment
  • Handle client calls and address day-to-day inquiries professionally
  • Follow up on outstanding requests with local network
  • Perform general office duties including spreadsheet management and correspondence
  • Support the Norwich centre with work lists, packing lists and client management
The Ideal Candidate
  • Presents themselves professionally when dealing with clients
  • Can handle challenging customer situations with tact and efficiency
  • Possesses strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
  • Holds a full, valid UK driving licence (essential due to location)
