My client are making a name for themselves and have successfully grown to a £10M business in a very short space of time!
They are now ready to recruit their first Marketing specialist, and this might be a Digital Marketing graduate with a year’s experience under your belt, or an Executive ready to take their next step up into a Digital Manager role. Alternatively, you may already be a Manager but wants to move to a fast growing business where you will have more autonomy and responsibility to make things happen.
With over £400K of sales per month currently through ecommerce platforms, you will be pivotal in their strategy to triple this over the next couple of years.
Your main responsibility will be to spearhead all of their marketing activity and plan, and in the main, will encompass all of the digital marketing including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO and PPC (currently outsourced but could come in house).
You’ll understand how hands on it is to work as part of a small, but well oiled machine and will come with an abundance of energy and ideas. You’ll naturally love working on your own initiative and making things happen. A self starter, you’ll have the right attitude to be part of this fantastic business.
This is a full time role, but with flexible and hybid working hours.
