Join my client's team as a Digital Marketing Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating my client's marketing strategies and projects. With an immediate start ideally and a competitive salary, this full-time position offers the flexibility to work from home one day a week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
 
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to achieve their marketing targets, focusing on footfall and experience evaluation. With 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekend social media cover on a rota basis (to be on standby), you'll need to be adaptable and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
 
My client is seeking a candidate with strong personal organisation skills who can thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Your ability to plan campaigns aligned with team and business objectives will be crucial. As a confident communicator with excellent presentation skills, you'll work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 
Key responsibilities include executing various marketing campaigns, organic and paid social, and tracking campaign performance. You'll also design and formulate effective paid campaigns across social media and SEM, as well as develop and implement marketing plans to achieve objectives for their brands. Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and collaborating with the wider marketing team to develop partnerships and collaborations are also key responsibilities of this great role
You'll ideally have a good grounding in marketing (c4 years) with CIM or similar qualifications, or demonstrable experience in a similar role. Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, website maintenance using WordPress, and Adobe Suites is essential. Experience with CRM systems and app tools such as Active Campaign and Attractions.io will be advantageous, but not essential as can be taught.
 
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll undertake other tasks as required by the head of marketing and communications. Flexibility is key, as there are events throughout the year that you'll be seeing your marketin campaigns come to real life!
