My client are a highly successful and rapidly growing agency based in Norwich, specialising in delivering powerful marketing solutions to their clients, helping them achieve their business goals through innovative strategies and unparalleled expertise.
As their Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind their clients' success in the digital realm. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with their talented team to create and execute performance marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities will include craft and execution of comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads. You’ll ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines, meeting both client needs and agency capacity, and will conduct in-depth research for paid media campaigns, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and creative exploration.
It’s vital that you have experience of build and optimising paid media campaigns, overseeing ad copy creation, audience targeting, and campaign structure, continuously monitoring and optimising campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to maximise effectiveness.
You’ll have proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and other key platforms, coupled with strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Goes without saying that you’ll have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning, coupled with effective communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
