They’re ideally looking for someone with plenty of experience in account management from digital agencies, but they’re also open to people from in-house roles who have experience in managing stakeholders too. You’ll have top-notch customer service skills, and be able to build and manage lasting relationships that bring profitable success to businesses.
As a highly important part of the client services team, you’ll be developing and deploying digital strategies for clients, while working alongside the delivery team to ensure that all campaign objectives are met. You’ll make use of your data analysis skills to identify and report on areas of success, while creating plans to maximise on areas of improvement.
