My client are a thriving digital agency based in Norwich City centre and now require a Digital Marketing Account Director to join their team!
You will be an experienced Digital Marketing Account Director, someone that can come in and take them to the next level, helping to shape and grow the agency.
Acting as the senior contact for clients within the agency, you will be responsible for overseeing everything they do to ensure work is delivered to a high quality and in line with their client requirements and values. Building close relationships with decision-makers and gaining in-depth knowledge of the client will come naturally to you, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that the full armoury of the agencies specialisms are deployed as effectively and efficiently as possible to ensure these goals are met.
You will have experience of managing a team, which will be made up of Account Managers and Digital Specialists, able to help in their development, training and supporting them with their clients.
Who are you?
You will have c5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, ideally with c 2-3 years previous experience in an Account Director type role specialising in Digital Marketing, including performance search, content, digital PR, SEO, SEM, Social and Paid search/social - multi channel is ideal.
An in-depth understanding of the search and digital marketing landscape is a must, together with experience of growth and development of client accounts through strategic recommendations
Some experience of web/eCommerce builds and projects from an account management perspective is hugely beneficial
