Do you have extensive knowledge in the development of petrol engines? Are you looking for the chance to lead on numerous new and innovative projects?
Based in Staffordshire, the ideal candidate will have sound experience in designing engines following the transaltion and interpretation of the clients spec, installing test cells and running the engines to collect relevant data, verifyin ghte design through FEA, developing BoM's, compile the mainteannce/operational/service and build documentation.
With a focus on supply to the power generation and aerospace industry, you will work in a cross-functional team environment, which means you will see a project through manufacturing, inspection, assembly, testing, and delivery to the customer. Many customers are overseas so there may be a small amount of overseas travel required offering support after delivery.

38 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 12.30 pm, 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. The salary for this post will be in line with the capabilities and qualifications of the candidate.
