Our regionally established client, based in OX2, is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to assist the Store Manager in delivering the highest store standards to enable sales growth and achievement store targets.
The store is open 7 days a week; the successful candidate will be entitled to £23k plus a monthly bonus scheme.
The Role
·Working with the Store Manager to deliver store targets and objectives
·To ensure sales and marketing brief is fully understood
·To assist in the management of staff
·To implement and adhere to all policies, procedures and routines, whilst making sure all requests and returns are dealt with in a timely manner
·Maintaining at all times a clear focus on exceeding the customers' expectations and increasing sales through a proactive attitude to marketing the store
The ideal candidate
·Experience in a retail or sales environment
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·Friendly and outgoing
·Attention to detail
·Strong customer service

The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £23,000 plus a generous bonus scheme (up to £2k a year).
