We currently have a great opportunity to work with an award winning, high-end tourist company in Suffolk, within a positive, motivated and friendly Sales team.  The role will be hugely varied as it will be providing support to the guest operations across all areas within customer services, bookings and administration. 

Duties will include but not limited to;
  • Dealing with pre arrival guest queries
  • Coordinating suppliers to provides services such as housekeeping, maintenance, repairs
  • Responding to reviews via various platforms
  • Processing booking details
  • Putting together Welcome Packs
You will be working in a modern building in a beautiful countryside setting, be part of a n enthusiastic, welcoming team and have access to fabulous holiday discounts!! Back office Guest Services is the key element of the role and experience of this nature would be advantageous, however a good background with Admin / customer services or even University graduates with an interest in Tourism are encouraged to apply.  
 
This will be a full time role (40 hrs per week) covering shifts between 8am-8pm 5 days out of 7.
It will be on a fixed term contract initially for 9 months but with a possibility of becoming permanent.   
Salary in the range of £20-22k pro-rata dependent upon skills/experience.
