In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries so your excellent telephone manner and professional approach will be greatly received. Your days will be spent engaging with customers via telephone and email and advising of the broad range of products available, carrying out relevant administration and liaising with internal and external personnel.
Duties will include;
- Liaising with the sales team and production for them to provide the most suitable solutions
- Preparing quotes
- Preparing and sending out sales information
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers in relation to deliveries
- Dealing with after sales queries
