Do you have a passion for customer service and the drive for career progression? Do you want to feel like you belong, amongst a stylish, modern office and friendly team? Our Halesworth based client is looking to bring in a new Customer Service Coordinator due to promotion.

You’ll be at the thick of the action for this successful cosmetics company, dealing with all customer service requirements to ensure that our client’s reputation remains as exceptional as it is. You’ll be a quick thinker, using your customer service experience to resolve any issue your customers may have with a positive outcome every time.

You’ll be using your skills on the phones to deliver a bubbly attitude every call, this will be well supported by the happy and encouraging atmosphere around the office as our client is all about team fit to ensure everyone feels welcome and valued.
