With an excellent salary comes a VERY competitive benefits package including generous Pension, Health Plan, 5 weeks’ holiday (excluding Bank Holidays), your birthday day off and 8 paid Bank Holidays, Holiday Purchase Scheme, Gym discounts, amongst lots of other stuff!

As a Customer Retention Advisor, you will be instrumental in renewing client contracts and retaining customers. If you're motivated, resilient, possess excellent influencing and negotiation skills, and seek substantial bonuses, you could be the ideal candidate for my client – what are you waiting for?!

You will play a crucial role in renewing and retaining clients to support my client’s overall client base. This involves managing client retention to ensure continuous growth year on year. You will also provide advice and guidance, liaising with customers expressing interest in cancelling or renewing their contracts. Your focus will be on 'winning back' customers and 'renewing' contracts. Additionally, you will proactively provide customer feedback data to the management team to ensure continuous improvement of the customer journey.

In this role, you'll make good use of your excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong negotiation, influencing, and improvisational skills. Organisational skills are crucial, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt. Proven retention and customer service experience are essential, along with excellent numerical skills and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work autonomously, making decisions to drive performance. Computer literacy, especially previous experience with Salesforce, is advantageous. Motivation to meet targets and resilience are also key attributes for this role.
