Are you an excellent planner who likes to be the conduit between various departments to ensure projects are work is carried out in full, on time, in budget? Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator / Coordinator looking to work for a market leader within Grounds Maintenance?   This role will offer you a variety, responsibility alongside the company providing training and actively supporting growth and development in your career.  This highly regarding organization provide the design, installation and maintenance for outdoor equipment across a number of sectors and this role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are planned, progressed and completed.
Duties will include (but not be limited to);
  • Planning all upcoming works, liaising with the Operations Managers across various projects
  • Organizing the hire and return of all equipment needed, dealing with any issues that arise
  • Scheduling and arranging any deliveries to sites (incl; fencing, skips, materials, etc..)
  • Liaison with teams across all projects to check on progress
  • Creating purchase orders, raising invoices and completing all contract documentation
You will need to have experience as a Contracts Administrator/Coordinator, Project Coordinator/Administrator,  Operations Coordinator/Administrator or similar.  If your experience is within construction, grounds maintenance, fencing, installation or similar, this would be hugely advantageous.
