You’ll be using your knowledge of PR or journalism to plan and then review all communications via the college’s channels. Your knowledge of social media will come in handy as you’ll be able to schedule your content while trying to grab the attention of a diverse audience. Due to the College reaching out to alumni, current students, academics and others, you’ll be making content that will appeal to a wide range of people while building a recognisable brand to increase website traffic. You’ll be using your generalist marketing knowledge of comms networks such as mailchimp and creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite to out quality content and represent the College online.
