We have a fantastic opportunity for someone that wants to get in to the world of commercial property management! Our client has a long history of providing property management and lettings services to a broad range of clients across the residential, commercial, and student sectors. They’re now looking for someone to join the commercial property management team as their new Commercial Property Manager to help maximise their growth!
As a key member of the business, you’ll be helping the team achieve its goals by managing properties and tenants to ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard and all documentation is kept up to date. You’ll be assisting with collecting service charges, working on lease renewals and providing top-notch customer service when handling enquiries.
We’re looking for someone with good experience from property management and it doesn’t have to be from the commercial sector. If you’ve got experience from the residential sector and are looking to make the change to commercial property management, then this could be the change you are looking for.
