About the Role: You’ll be working in a variety of kitchen environments – from hotels and restaurants to events and contract catering – helping to deliver exceptional food and service. Assignments range from single-day cover to longer-term placements, depending on your availability.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Chefs (Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef) with strong culinary skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
Up-to-date Right to Work documentation
Your own whites, knives, and safety shoes
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
