What You'll Do
Prepare and cook dishes to schools standards
Cook and Prepare food at high volume to an exceptional standard
Support special events and functions
Maintain food safety standards

Proven Chef de Partie experience
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
Team player who works well under pressure
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility for occasional evening events
