Holiday park set on the beautiful Norfolk coast are looking for a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef looking to progress.
There will be ongoing training and the chance to progress within the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will come from a busy kitchen environment with high standards & have great motivation and a desire to develop.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
