I am looking for a Chef de Partie in my clients picturesque village pub of Long Melford in the heart of Suffolk.
You will be preparing fresh regional produce for an ever-changing menu that celebrates our clients access to artisan regional and local suppliers.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
