As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, ensuring the consistent and smooth running of food production. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all working areas

  • Adhering to high standards in food production, focusing on quality, quantity, and safety
  • Addressing customer feedback and ensuring a positive dining experience

Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Demonstrable culinary experience in a similar role
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in professional cookery (desirable)
  • Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures
  • A high level of creativity and ambition to learn, grow, and develop
  • Familiarity with menu costing procedures
  • A passion for innovative ideas and the ability to inspire new team members
  • Flexibility in your schedule to meet the demands of our kitchen
  • Confidence, approachability, and the ability to work well in a team or independently
  • The capacity to manage pressure calmly and professionally
