If you are an experienced sales professional within the shipping / logistics sector with a sound knowledge of the NVOCC and LCL markets, then you could be the perfect candidate for our client’s Business Development Manager role, based in the Midlands and working across the North of the UK and Scotland.

You’ll be focused on new business opportunities, bringing in new clients and maintaining the companies relationships with their existing industry partners. Your excellent knowledge of LCL and the import and export process  will serve you well as you pitch sales and products, create new strategies, and strive to meet growth projections. Your connections and expertise within the industry will be fed with plenty of opportunities for your own personal growth, attending events to build up your base of contacts and stay up to date with market trends. You’ll develop great relationships with the company’s clients, going on visits and managing the outcome of these.
