Brand new opportunity for a Business Coordinator to work in this diverse role within the Renewables sector.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our client who are experiencing expediential growth due to some significant contract wins.  Based in their Lowestoft office this role will extend beyond traditional responsibilities as you’ll be a support to both the MD and Business Development team, your role will give you a great deal of autonomy, versatility and variation.
In this pivotal position as Business Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Gathering information on various projects – gaining insight into new project viability for the business and status on existing projects. Reporting back to MD and arranging
  • Be instrumental in first line client led activities including making fact-finding calls, checking various resource tools for industry related intel
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM System, logging market intelligence, and keeping a close eye on the company's and the Group's UK and European prospects.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and liaising with Graphic Design and Marketing Consultants for various campaigns, supporting the development of communication materials, including social media, website content, etc.
  • Planning and coordinating conferences, exhibitions, and workshops, managing various logistical aspects.
  • Ensuring timely submission of tenders, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining an accurate bid deliverables matrix.
  • Providing diary management support, arranging travel and accommodation for the MD and BDM
  • Office management in relation to site facilities, company cars, sundries, company events, etc
This role is ideal for a dynamic client led coordinator, sales coordinator, bid coordinator, or a proficient Exec Assistants or sales administrator with relevant experience.
