Select Hospitality are working in partnership with a local Bar and Grill Pub Restaurant looking for an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join their existing team.
This Bar and Grill menu presents an extensive selection of traditional British dishes and are known for their exceptional carvery, bringing in customers for Sunday lunch.
What are we looking for?
Experience within a grilling operation is beneficial.
Someone with a positive attitude and keen to work and establish themselves within the kitchen as Head Chef.
Someone who can make full use of their culinary and managerial skills, in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
A leader who will fully engage with the kitchen team and help to train and develop the chefs.
Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards, as customer satisfaction is key.
