Due to an internal promotion, I am recruiting for a Group Tills Manager to join this state of the art retail business, who are currently going through massive growth

I am looking for a candidate who has a great analytical mind, someone who is happy to challenge the norm and "ruffle feathers" when carrying out site audits.

As the Group Tills Manager, you will have experience running till analysis, including misc sales, refunds, price overrides & petty cash. As part of your role, you will be expected to analyse the reports from audits and carry out training in order to rectify any .

Additional training will be required on a site by site basis, to ensure that all staff are aware of the correct till procedures, cashup & reconciliation, PCI Compliance as well as training centre managers in the correct procedures for report analysis.

The role is a high-pressured one, where you will need to be able to be spinning multiple plates at any one time, so the ideal candidate will have excellent time management and attention to detail and exemplary customer service manner, you will use company systems to be able to review customer service feedback and ensure adequate training is carried out to rectify any concerns.

You will be numerically literate and analytical to be able to analyse transaction reports ensuring high levels of accuracy at all times.

You will have full accountability for financial analysis, reporting on cash & banking reconciliation as well as refund analysis & general EPOS System management.

Due to the nature of the role, travel is an essential part of your role, full expenses are paid, however a full driving licence is required.
