My client, a fast-growing business is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for a brand-new street food venue within Norwich City Centre, a food, beverage and entertainment destination with a full calendar of weekly and speciality entertainment.
Using your experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry, you'll be able to provide a home to exciting independent businesses and aim to put your venue at the heart of the Norwich community to bring people together.
Because of this vision, you'll need to be well-connected with the local community, including a range of groups from local colleges and schools to grassroots and charity ventures. Continually striving to collaborate with as many people as possible to ensure your venue is welcoming to everyone.
You'll support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operations of the food hall, bar and
entertainment venue ensuring everything runs smoothly, working closely with them to programme
evening entertainment and promotion of the venue using social media. Leading the team on-site, ensuring health and safety practices are followed and making sure the customers have the best experience possible.
Using your social media skills and knowledge, you will be proactive and enjoy taking on new challenges. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, on a rota basis will be required.
