We have an immediate requirement for a driven and customer focused Assistant Manager to work for a very well-known retailer who sell tools and supplies to their commercial and domestic clientele.
WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE AN ASSISTANT MANAGER?
• Store standards – alongside the retail Branch Manager, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, from front of house to the warehouse. Rolling up your sleeves to keep standards high
• Inspire your team – you’ll be hands on and lead by example, motivating your team to give a great customer experience
• Store management – budgets, Rota’s and Payroll, P&L analysis, managing stock and improving profits are all part of your role
WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOK LIKE?
• Previous management experience with a friendly demeanour
• You’ll be driven to deliver and hit targets within the store
• A real core belief in delivering the best in customer service
