I am looking for an Assistant Bar Manager, for my client a stunning hotel just outside of Bishops Stortford. The ideal candidate will come from a service led boutique background and have a good understanding of PMS & CRM systems, have excellent customer service and be able to handle any customer complaints and have experience writing & costing rotas.
Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to manage a busy and diverse team covering multiple bars across site ensuring your team are at all times maximising revenue and upselling when possible. You will also be tasked with ensuring that every guest has a pleasurable visit, ensuring all guest areas are clean and presentable at all times.
You will be expected to, along with the Bars Manager, to work alongside other HODs ensuring seamless service between the kitchen, restaurant and F&B teams.
You will work a varied shift pattern and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different roles.
