As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Log calls accurately into the support call database, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Resolve issues efficiently to minimise disruptions.
  • Collaborate with clients, keeping them informed about work progress.
  • Monitor response times and escalate calls as necessary to maintain effective support.
  • Assist in network administration and service maintenance.
  • Participate in documentation and work practice improvements.
  • Provide guidance and technical training to fellow engineers.
