The role will include (but not be limited to);
- Managing the internal portal with all relevant data
- Sim card management
- Investigating failed activations / managing activations
- Supplier invoice validation / investigation
Experience from within the Telecoms industry, other airtime providers, mobile communications, billings, activations, etc would be advantageous but if you have a strong Admin or operations background, have good systems experience and a passion for service excellence, then please APPLY NOW or contact Helen for more information.
