Forward thinking, cutting-edge technology and technically advanced, this 30 year+ established business in Great Yarmouth are looking for a  diligent, detail orientated Administrator to join their Global Support team.  The role is fast paced, sometimes demanding and no 2 days are the same and offers a great opportunity to join a global business that provide communication equipment solutions across the world often to remote locations.   This would suit a systems savvy, problem solver who is process driven and a professional communicator, you will be the first point of contact for all internal queries relating to their service via their suppliers.
The role will include (but not be limited to);
  • Managing the internal portal with all relevant data
  • Sim card management
  • Investigating failed activations / managing activations
  • Supplier invoice validation / investigation
This role is full time Mon-Fri, permanent.  Salary £24k + benefits including; discretionary bonus, private healthcare, 23 days plus Bank Holidays, expansive reward scheme, plus more…
