Are you a high performing Administrator who thrives on pace, problem solving and information gathering?  Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer services and creating strong internal relationships whilst being organized and proactive?  This company provides worldwide communication solutions and this role is the conduit between customer and account manager, providing operational support to ensure service excellence at all times. 
 
The role is widely varied in its tasks and will include (but not be limited to);
  • Managing and processing orders, updating information/data on CRM
  • Controlling logistics of equipment and raising relevant PO’s, issuing despatch notes
  • Preparing Dangerous goods certs and documentation
  • Liaising with Freight Forwarders
