Bringing Precision to Administration and Accounts!
My exciting client who are leaders in their field are now in need of an Accounts and Administration Support Exec for at least 6months to start straight away, based at their offices north of Norwich. Ideally full time however part time would be considered.
Are you a meticulous and organised individual that can offer support to the dynamic Finance & Commercial Director? Can you act as the welcoming voice of the business, handling calls and queries with a friendly and professional approach? If so, I want to hear from you!
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:
Manage supplier invoices, resolve disputes, and oversee payment processes.
Handle sales invoices and customer queries with professionalism.
Conduct credit control and process expenses diligently.
Monitoring of the accounts inbox and update financial records accurately.
Utilise the ERP System and MS Office 365 for day-to-day operations.
Support month-end accounts and HR system updates.
Who are you?
Someone with a methodical approach, keen attention to detail, and a natural desire for accuracy.
Highly organised, capable of working under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines.
A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with purchase ledger, credit control, and MS Office suite.
