Your day to day will be varied as you will work with the client on site controlling stock and using your skill and personality to drive client retention, communicating effectively to encourage good relationships ;
Some duties will include;
- Carrying out customer stock visits – advising on stock procedures, stock analysis to ensure utilisation, identifying anomalies, making adjustments
- Customer management – relationship development via consistent communication and meetings, dealing with incoming enquiries, follow through with reports and written communication.
In addition customer management and stock control experience, to make this role a success you will need to have a high attention to detail, be proactive have a positive – high energy approach with confident and clear communication skills.
