Are you an experienced Stock Controller or Customer Account Manager, looking for a role with a difference?  Would you like to be part of a longstanding, inclusive business who provide their customers with service that is superbly supported by their state of the art factory?   A diverse role that will provide you with aspects of Customer Management and Logistics?  This role will provide you with an impressive portfolio of longstanding (nationally known) businesses who you will manage orders for and control the stock they have on site (incl; stock analysis, anomalies, adjustments).   The continued service that you provide as an account manager will not be broken down when it reaches the production with this role, this company have invested millions into state of the art equipment making them a market leader in what they do - proud of their service from start to finish.  You can be rest assured that the portfolio of clients that you will be dealing with will be provided with a consistent service that starts with you as the customer account manager through to the delivery of the stock and control of it on site - making your job easier right?
Your day to day will be varied as you will work with the client on site controlling stock and using your skill and personality to drive client retention, communicating effectively to encourage good relationships ;
Some duties will include;
  • Carrying out customer stock visits – advising on stock procedures, stock analysis to ensure utilisation, identifying anomalies, making adjustments
  • Customer management –  relationship development via consistent communication and meetings, dealing with incoming enquiries, follow through with reports and written communication.
Package:  £27k circa (dep on skills/exp), plus bonus.  HRS: Full time Mon – Fri 8am-4.30pm.  Benefits: 30 days hols (incl), access to company car, pension, access to healthcare, free on site parking
In addition customer management and stock control experience, to make this role a success you will need to have a high attention to detail, be proactive have a positive – high energy approach with confident and clear communication skills.
