Having worked for Select for more than 20 years, Vanessa (aka V) is one of the longest-serving members of staff here and she is loved by everyone. She started out at Select as a payroll administrator, but soon moved up to being a recruitment consultant and over the years has had many titles and there is nothing about Select she doesn't know. Currently, she oversees our health, safety and wellbeing operations. She also plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth running and compliance of our high-volume payroll function.
V is also an amazing cook, often bringing in the most lavishly beautiful cakes and bakes when we host our coffee mornings.
