Our well-established client, a respected manufacturer specialising in high-quality engineered products, is seeking experienced Workshop Production Operatives to join their expanding workshop team in the Norwich area.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Constructing, assembling and finishing precision-engineered products using both hand and power tools
  • Working on complex builds requiring engineering knowledge and technical aptitude
  • Fabricating sub-assemblies for sophisticated product ranges
  • Collaborating with CAD designers and workshop management on innovative solutions
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the production process
What We're Looking For:

Essential:
  • Strong engineering background or demonstrable technical aptitude
  • Experience with precision manufacturing or assembly work
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Practical problem-solving skills and methodical approach
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Own transport for reliable commute to Norwich area
  • Clean driving licence
Highly Desirable:
  • Previous experience with hand/power tools in manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of quality systems (ISO9001 advantageous)
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods (Winter months)
