Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional who lives locally to Brandon and just happens to be looking for a career move? Could a Warehouse & Production Supervisor role be your next move?

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will oversee the warehouse and factory function of a business which produces cosmetics, fragrances, and candles. You will ensure all products are made and ready for distribution on time, so deadlines are met. In addition, you will also ensure all direct reports comply with company Health and Safety procedures.

Your duties will include taking full responsibility of the shift/teams in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes. The successful individual shall effectively drive their team, to ensure all products are fit for purpose and meet the customer specifications. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with management team to ensure optimal performance.

As an experienced Supervisor, you will have experience in leading and mentoring a team whilst leading by example. Excellent attention to detail and competency in decision making and problem solving is key to success.

Working Monday to Friday on a 0600-1400 or Monday to Thursday 1400 - 0000 shift pattern, this is a permanent opportunity.
