Our Norfolk based client is looking for an enthusiastic, driven Trainee Roofer to join their friendly, hands on team.
In this role you will be getting to grips with the profession, working closely with our clients main roofing contractor and learning all new techniques including flat roofing, tile and slate pitched roofing. You will also get invaluable training in working with build-up felt roofing systems, GRP, liquid and single ply roofing systems through a mixture of both internal mentoring and coaching.
To succeed in this role you should:
• Take into account health and safety practises – making sure to always be compliant.
• Take a proactive stance to achieving successful outcomes in all aspects of the job.
• Constantly engage yourself in the development of your craft, and actively look for opportunities to improve.
