We are looking for go-to team members for Trade customers. You do not have to be a product expert – plenty of support and training is offered to make sure you really know your stuff. You will represent the team at the trade counter you will help the trade customers (plumbers electricians. builders) to get exactly what they need for the job. You will be an excellent relationship builder – willing to work varied shift patterns to support a healthy life/ work balance.
Your day to day will involve
- Taking ownership of your own KPI’s, sales, increasing accounts, on-boarding new customers & giving great service
- Getting to know your customers – chatting to them over a cuppa, understanding their projects and offering advise
- Being an inspirational team leader – coaching and guiding your team – and building a store to be proud of
