Our client, a nationally leading charity making a real difference to people's lives, have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Temporary Inbound Customer Service Advisor.
The role is based in Cowley, Oxford and you will be the crucial link between the supporters and the Charity.
This role has a view to be 1-3 months however; many of our temps have gone on to secure permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities:
·Dealing with inbound queries via telephone, email and letters
·Listening to the needs of the supporters and understanding their personal experiences
·Providing information and knowledge of current campaigns and activities
·Maximising supporter contribution
The Ideal Candidate
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Attention to detail and accuracy
·Experience with dealing with Customers

The successful candidate will be paid up to £11 per hour depending on experience, working 35 hours per week
