Are you an assistant Technical Coordinator who is a natural born leader with great organisational skills? Are you confident managing construction designers and specialist subcontractors?

Our client – a first class, five star house-builder – is looking for two Assistant Technical Coordinators in East Anglia to join their prestigious construction management team and ensure their top quality builds remain at such a high standard.

As an Assistant Technical Coordinator, you will be helping to ensure that the entire process of design and construction goes smoothly. You will be using your experience in new build design and build to produce CAD drawings, manage the flow of design information and make sure that the design input of specialist subcontractors is all correct.

You will be directly responsible for the control of information flow and coordinating the design team and subcontractors. You will use your specialist knowledge and HNC in construction or equivalent to provide technical advice when needed and review the designs and specifications to see if there is an alternative.

To succeed in this role you should:
- Have some knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations and current standards and legislation.
- A keen eye for detail and adept skills in coordinating design flow.
- The ability to work as part of a team and be a proactive with little to no supervision.
